Jamia Wilson
Media activist, author, speaker, blogger, radio commentator, and ardent defender of teen rights Jamia Wilson, St. Timothy's School class of 1998, is executive director of Youth Health Tech (www.yth.org) and a staff writer for Rookie Magazine. She has been named a TED Prize Storyteller. From her home in Oakland, CA, Jamia leads a life of self-discovery and activism, helping others navigate complex issues of gender, identity, race, media, and social change.
